Had a 'standby' appointment this morning only waiting 20 minutes.....called in with Reagan and was advised extraction of tooth.... Reagan the Senior Doctor and the assistant were so caring and professional .... procedure was two hours....cannot speak more highly of everyone 👍

Right next door

Friendly & professional staff when we arrived. Nice big open waiting bay with books & toys for visiting families. Had nothing to fault. Appointment went well. My kids are happy & healthy. Left with stickers and smiles. Thank you Childrens health Logan😊💖👩‍👧‍👧

As promised here is a turn around review! After the phone hung up I called again, this time I was fuming, the lady who answered wasn't apart of the booking service team so she was genuinely apologetic, I was transferred to the actual dental clinic where the lovely lady who answered asked the appropriate questions got an appointment booked for tomorrow lunch time and apologised again for the terrible wait time. Sadly, the eggheads make it look bad on the good ones who are genuinely eager and passionate about what they do.

Update on that review it hung up after 2hours and 25min wait! Wow! Im absolutely appalled***I've been waiting on the phone for 2 hours 12 mins, called this morning at 8.30am to do a call back from them it is now 3.30pm and still no call back, still waiting on the phone now. Knowing that Logan is a big region to cover wouldnt you think you'd delegate more personnel to attend to your booking service? Please help me turn this bad review around and I will assure you my review will be reversed to a much better one than this. I'm sure centrelink doesn't keep you on phone wait this long and they are nation wide!

Clean dental clinics, convenient location, excellent care and attention from the wonderful doctors and nurses. Thank you very much, but there is one reason I do not like it: the appointments are far apart. We wait a long time for the next appointment.

Waited 24 months for my appointment, I have the flu and instead of helping in any way, I was told there are no rescheduling appointments available at all and nothing they can do. What kind of business is that? Not even for the new year. This has to be a joke. 22 months

Been there twice for dental issues. The nurses who helped me through my extraction could not have been kinder! And then the check up a while later was great. The wait for the 'floating' appointments is worth it.
