I had the pleasure of having a session with Liz recently, to address some blockages that, I felt, were holding me down. hey were not allowing me to find joy fully in my life and not letting me let go of hurts from my past relationship.

Liz provided a very safe environment for me to open up and get to the "heart" of what was creating this blockage and, very gently and caringly, helped me work through it through visualisation and energetic healing techniques.
