I have been a pt of Dr P Castleman for over 33 years . And Dr V for over 10 years . Dr Castleman's knowledge and professionalism is extensive . He has also helped our family with our 3 now adult children . Dr V is also very helpful and informative . From Shellie to Mikaela and Rns . The practice is awesome .
Cannot recommend Living Water’ more highly . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been going here for approximately 15 years, the care and support I've received is excellent.
I don't like going to the doctor, avoid it like the plague but every time I go here and see Dr Rajan it is a brief and painless experience.
Dr. Rajan is one of the very few doctors who does not "gaslight" as in he will listen and consider what you are saying and doesn't just give you a prescription but seeks to find root cause.

Receptionists could do with a refresher on customer service, courtesy and generally just being a bit happier.

I’ve been going to medical center for past two years with my two boys and I can’t thank enough Shellie who’s so professional and caring, and what makes so special about her is she recognize my voice and know exactly what I need. I can’t thank her enough and entire team, especially this hard time and the amount of phone calls you get and people with vaccinations. She still keeps her professionalism and beautiful smile. Horrible receptionist and support staff booked appointment and arrived on time and asked how long will be the wait and the desk staff said "NOT LONG" after 45 min of wait enquired again and she said another 4 ahead of me with the rudest tone I have ever heard. I asked her why she did not tell me in first instance that how many are ahead of me, and she suggested if you can't wait leave and started giving me excuses that I was late to my appointment which was a big fat lie in my face. Won't be back and won't recommend this place at all. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience, SNEAKY practice to get more people through and not caring the value of patient's time even if you have an appointment booked in. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This place is now miles from where I live. However, Dr Rajan has been my doctor, and my family's doctor for years. he is a great guy and very good at what he does. Worth the trek. A wonderful and caring practice.

Dr. Rajan is a sneaky fellow...
While 10+ patients waiting outside he took me inside his room, let me sit and asked me two questions and run away from me through the side door.
5 minutes after he came back asked me couple of question and run away again through the side door came back after 8 minutes.
Then he only took a minute to check me and said "ohh don't worry it will get better come back after one week"
So I literally spend 15 minutes just to get this answer for my problem.
He did not care of the patients waiting outside and I could see that he is taking advantage on patients and take his breaks by letting the patient wait inside his room "so that the people waiting outside blame on the patient"
I request the reception to close the side door with a lock so that he can't sneak out quite often....

I regularly visit this surgery, and will always see whichever doctor has the least line up. So I've had the chance to visit both doctors over the course of the last 5 years. They are both professional and easy to discuss things with.
