Very unhappy with the service, had my post op appointment got told I wouldn’t have to pay. I was in there for 5 minutes for him to just remove my dressings and tell me yep all good…… then get charged $130. Very rude and unprofessional Would not recommend this place at all. If I knew what I was walking into I would have never gone. Still getting pain after my surgery and he didn’t seem to care at all. They also don’t call you to book an appointment like they say you have to follow it up on your own, you’re better off sitting up at the hospital for 4hrs to get seen by a nurse.

I didn’t have a good experience going there!
Reception people asked me details of why I needed to see the doctor in front of everyone else in the waiting room. I expressed I didn’t feel comfortable to answer that there and they took me “to the side” where everyone could still hear me perfectly.
After that, I waited over 2 hours past my appointment time and finally didn’t even get to have my appointment at all as I had to leave for work!
I can’t say anything about the doctor because I never met him/her. Maybe the attention is great, but I don’t know.
When I decided I was leaving, I approached the receptionist and told her I couldn’t keep waiting as I was going to be late for work and that I needed to reschedule, she kept answering the phone in the middle of our conversation, without being able to do both things at the same time, of course, which meant more waiting for me. I finally left without my appointment being rescheduled

Very unprofessional. Never contacted me to update me that they cannot go ahead with a surgery after i waited for 2 to 3 weeks. I called the reception and a women named Kelly picked up and i asked what was going on only to get told they are not going to do the surgery and when I asked why didn't they tell me this week's ago she has the audacity to say 'I'm vocalising it now'. I asked if what she was telling me was a message from the surgeon himself and she went quiet she couldn't even answer my question. No apologies at all for not communicating any of this with me and she didn't want to deal with me she tried to get me off the phone so I called back again and she continued with the same attitude. Very unhappy with this place and this certain staff member they are just unprofessional and don't care about people.

Following a operation by surgeon from this clinic to remove skin cancer from nose, I had to seek a nose reconstruction to repair the damage done to my nose by the surgery. The surgeon who attempted to repair the damage stated they could not complete repair the damage done to my nose. due to the extent of the "damage" done to my nose during the original surgery. Scared physically and emotionally

Absolutely horrible service! Would not see me for my first pregnancy appointment with no valid reason at all, “just chose not to” providing no duty of care whatsoever. Should be ashamed of yourselves
