The receptionist staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My psychologist. I see there is wonderful. I’ve had problems with psychologist in the past but when we met we clicked straight away seeing her there for over two years now they have professional staff a clean toilet available and I definitely interested in helping making your life better there was a GP but he has left. Hopefully they will find you one shortly. Recommend making an appointment with any of the psychologist today or other staff. If they can’t help you, they will definitely put you into the right direction for help. I think everybody idea with every week for their kindness and professionalism.

2 hours with Carla yesterday felt like it was the kind of conversation I really needed to have with a mental health professional. After seeing a few other therapists and psychologists in the last year, each time I was left without any real resolve or any usable/practical information to help me move forward. Carla gave me a lot to think about and connected some dots I haven't been able to identify about myself on my own. I look forward to gathering my thoughts and seeing her again to dive deeper.

Psychologist Matthew McGregor changed my life. My whole bleak hopeless adult life. I’m about 12 months of therapy he asked me questions I’d never thought to ask myself. I still pinch myself now. Literally living my best life. People comment on my positive energy and all the lovely experiences I’ve had.. Most people don’t believe me when I tell them I spent most of my life in a very dark, reactive, acutely anxious and disfunctional head space. Matthew doesn’t try to keep u in therapy for ever, he gives you tools and when you’re ready gives u the encouragement to be on your way. My first two appointments I was a blithering weeping irrational, self loathing mess til the last appointment when I walked out with my head up able to be kind to myself for the first time in my adult life.
I stumbled upon LLW because I wanted my son to see someone but he refused. What a happy accident Matt convinced me to try parents group and then one on one sessions.
Every time I’m having a beautiful moment in my joyful life, surrounded by good people (I never imagined in my wildest dreams I could have deserved that) I think of Matt and Lives lived well (every staff member I ever interacted with made the journey achievable) and I’m forever grateful. It’s never too late. My life truly began in my 40s thanks to this patient, brilliant man. And the best part is, it wasn’t even that hard, the hardest part was commiting to showing up at appointments no matter how I felt that day and I always felt better afterwards. (A little tired sometimes - but healthier and stronger with every session)

The staff at this specialist centre are amazing. Not only are the ladies at the front desk reception lovely and always happy to have a chat, but my psychologist Rachel is the best I have ever seen. Would definitely recommend this place to friends or family.
