This place is way too busy. Most of the time they don't/can't provide proper care. All the receptionists are hopeless. Specially Margaret. Honestly she is sick of work. My Medicare card charged long visitation money when I only visited the doctor for a very short time. That's stealing from the govt./ tax payer. Unfortunately nobody checks their medicare. Receptionists are always pissed when you call them or go to see the doctor. These hopeless are hungry for money but don't wanna work.

Very happy with the doctors here. They genuinely care about their patients. Sometime you may have to wait if they're busy, but that's the same at every doctor nowadays. At least the care they give is fantastic.

Even after reading the earlier review, I took a chance with a hope but...

Long waiting makes the patient condition even worse.

Treatment was so terrible that a normal cold turned into chest infection with chesty cough and wheezing in breathing. But still no nebuliser was given which is very basic.

Neglecting attitude towards the patient left me with a negative impression and finally went to a different hospital.

We're deeply concerned to give a negative feedback on a hospital which is very fundamental in building a healthy community.

I went to medical centre but they did not accepted a new patient, beside that the receptionist was rude while I was talk she pick it the phone and ignored me that was very disrespectful

The only problem ive had with this place is that they are slow need another doctor added to staff to many people to service and not enough staff people get frustrated waiting and take it out on receptionists who are trying their best but i understand that they may be frustrated and over worked

The Doctors are alright, very fast but not very informative.

Receptionist is absolutely terrible, she's rude and I can't say anything more without seeming inappropriate.
