On Saturday, the day before my appointment, I was contacted by a very abrupt staff member stating I had to pre pay for my session over the phone as there would be no admin working on Sunday.

As I have not attended this centre before I did not feel comfortable providing my details over the phone. Instead, I requested the invoice be sent via email, which appeared to be a major inconvenience for the staff member who stated it had to be done straight away as she’s already worked two hours past her shift time. The invoice was sent via email and the session was pre paid for as requested.

The following day just hours before appointment, I received a text message from the practitioner cancelling the appointment and to call the centre on Monday to reschedule.

On Monday, I called the centre and made a new appointment for Thursday.

Yet again, I was contacted on the day of the appointment to say the session was cancelled.

Very disappointed in this service as I changed my schedule and prepaid for the session to accommodate the centre. Waste of time and energy.

I recommend Carole to those tired of living with the effects of trauma.
Carole’s approach to trauma and pain comes from a unique perspective. She intuitively listened to my story, adapting her strategies and techniques to suit my individual situation and illness and explained how the body reacts to pain. Carole creates a safe, supportive environment.
Once I committed to the process the results exceeded my expectations. I’m now in a stronger and happier place.

I paid $145 for what should have been a 60 minute pregnancy massage which only went for 50 minutes and left feeling very frustrated and disappointed as I had expressed to the therapist the pressure I was receiving I could barely feel, and was dismissed. I did not get any relief from this treatment or a response to my email expressing my discontent. If I had of enjoyed the experience and felt heard I would have been a regular client every 2-3 weeks until I’m due. I would not recommend this business.

I cannot recommend Carole from Live Well Holistic Centre enough. In general my experience with Live Well has been welcoming and inviting from the moment of walking through the door. Being young and dealing with chronic pain can be a very challenging and deflating journey. However, from the moment I meant Carole I felt heard, and valued. Thoughts of victim and self hate quickly shifted into power and re learning to love who am and most importantly find who I am again. Accompanied by drastic improvements with my chronic pain, physical and mental state. Thank you to the Live Well team

I have been seeing Chamari for a while now. She really is a wonderful massage therapist. On top of that she’s a lovely warm person. And I am always warmly welcomed by Kylie on the front desk. Great place!

physio there tried her hand at talk therapy. got victim blamed about CSA that happened when I was 12. would give negative stars if I could - this experience was a massive blow to my trauma progress. sidenote don't ask a pagan if they're a devil worshipper. big red flag telling us that you're not an actual pagan or whatever you claimed to be.
