For a mental health centre they prove why it's better to deal with Katoomba. Nobody answers when you call lithgow it goes straight to Katoomba. The man Hugh is very rude and should not be working with anyone with mental health problems. He called me uppity when I asked for help on the phone yesterday, I needed a support letter which I was told NO. The only nice one out at the place was the receptionist Amy. Hats off to her she is lovely.
