Atrocious rude staff. My husband had his phone taken before he was able to message to say he was going into surgery. A surgery we weren't 100% on. He told this to the person and he was told that he would ring me to let me know. I received no phone call and he was not allowed to message me meaning he missed the message that said to cancel. This person needs to be fired and held accountable. The hospital reception woman or man named Warren needs to be spoken to as they were rude and obnoxious. Do not go here.

Friendly. Clean and prompt. More consideration needs to be given in informing patients earlier of their book in time. Particularly those who are traveling.
5pm on the day before is hard to manage

We were told at 4:00pm on the day before my wife’s procedure, that we would need to be at the clinic by 8:30am. My wife explained that we live in Tamworth and so in order for us to be there by 8:30 we would need to leave home around 4:30am - and her Dr had previously agreed to put her last on his list, which meant she wouldn’t be needed till around 11:00am.
They were totally indifferent to our situation, so we decided our best course of action was to travel half way and stay in a motel to avoid the (very) early start. So that’s what we did, arriving at the clinic at 8:20am.
My wife then had to sit and wait till 10:30am!!! Had we known she would not be required till then, we could have left home at 6:30 and avoided the cost of overnight accommodation.
Very poor off-hand service by reception staff . . . not to mention the cost!! Our first ((and hopefully last) interaction with this facility.!!
