My wife and I go to this centre all the time to see Dr Moshen. He is one of the best doctors I have ever met. And the lovely ladies at reception are the best. The service is always great but last night they went above and beyond to help my wife who was quite stressed at the time. Words can't express how grateful we are to all at the centre. Thank you so much.

UDATE: The doctor my wife saw called her the next night to see how she was going. This is a medical centre that truly cares. Can't bless them enough.

We need more doctors here like Doctor Monica and Mohsen! They are always fully booked out and I can see why! Because they care about their patients and have the passion to help them out the best they can. They are super experienced in the industry as well. I would avoid seeing Doctor Rahman at all costs, who is the complete opposite!!!! Sorry for calling out but I need to spread the word!

As a previous patient of this clinic, I was disappointed with my experience as a walk-in today. The receptionist's communication skills were inadequate and unprofessional. Even considering my difficulty speaking clearly due to illness, the receptionist was dismissive and rude. The service was both expensive and unacceptable. While the doctors seem committed to providing bulk billing services efficiently, the clinic needs to address the poor behavior of the reception staff, who are consistently rude.

This doctors office is appalling. Receptionist is so rude and seems to not know what she’s doing or saying.

I made an appointment for 8pm on a weeknight and did not show as I was unwell. I received a phone call from the doctor at 10.20pm who said he can do my prescription over the phone, this was completed in 20 seconds.

I then receive a phone call from Louise claiming to be charging me a “late appointment” fee. I said you charge for late appointments? Is that on your website and she responded with “I don’t know”. I told her I’d call her back and she kept harassing me for the payment and said I had to pay for a late appointment fee of $76. I told her I didn’t even come to the appointment and the doctor called me and did the prescription over the phone which I didn’t ask for. She said I’d get my Medicare rebate of $30. I paid my fee after all the rudeness and this was now two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my Medicare rebate; also got a letter in the mail saying I hadn’t paid my fee.

Please save yourselves time and energy and go to another doctors clinic- this is the worst doctors clinic I’ve ever been to or dealt with.

Have been a patient of Dr. Mahsa’s for quite some time, and she is a brilliant GP;
Her consultations are comprehensive and she doesn’t resort to immediately prescribing medication - she actually investigates any presenting issues and does her best to help. She is very professional and genuine, and a real asset to this medical centre.

STAY AWAY....If this is the standard of GPs in this country we are stuffed. My son cut his head at the playground so took him to see Dr Ali Raja. He dabbed it with some betadine and put an extra large band-aid onto his hiar. When asked if he thought it needs to be glued or stitched he said we would have to go to the hospital to see a GP there? How did these doctors pass medical school if they can't even treat a cut properly. Stay away at all cost. Now I have to somehow get this band-aid out of my sons hair.

We’ve been seeing Dr Amani for our baby boy and have loved every moment, she is extremely caring, professional and knowledgeable - we’ll be moving our whole family to Lincolnville medical centre to see Dr Amani. Thank you for your amazing service.
