Massive thanks to the team at Limitless Training!! In just over 6 weeks I’ve lost 6kg and I’m still going. I was after an easy to follow meal plan and that’s exactly what I got. Easy to follow, easy to prep and still gives the freedom to make your own choices within the options given. The team have helped me navigate around nutrition for a recent 210km road cycling event and also in the lead up to an Ironman 70.3 I have coming up in Dec.

Who would have thought that you could loose weight while dealing with menopause. So glad to have come across Chris and his team at limitless. I'm 4 weeks in and down 4.4kg.
