I’m very unhappy with this business, just like the other reviewers.

Lime Avenue Radiology do not provide the scan images.

They view clients body, collect the images, store the images and do not provide the images to the patient or doctor. Even with multiple requests for the images, by the patient, Lime Avenue Radiology do not provide this.

It is not part of their service to provide images. They only provide a report.

The ultrasound scans I had taken were important to me and it is very distressing to have them withheld.

This is not what I expected or visited this business for. I went to Lime Avenue Radiology to obtain ultrasound scan images. For me. My use and the doctors, not theirs.

Is it legal for them to take images of someone’s body and not give them to the person? And to store them for their use.

I highly recommend I-MED Radiology at the Mildura Hospital. They will provide images to their clients with no issues.

This place is getting 1 star as the staff are great but the doctor who is in change of sending the reports off thinks they have the right not to share every bit of information to the patient doctor, twice my parter has been to get ultrasounds done and the person doing the scan has said they see stuff and we can see it on the screen but the person that sends the information to her doctor has said they found nothing when they ain’t the one that did the scan, seems the middle person needs to go. Thursday and Friday she had an ultrasound done and the person found a cyst possibly 2cm long. Still in pain she went to hospital the following Thursday, the hospital got the ultrasound results from this place and the middle person said sane thing nothing there, hospital did a CT scan and found the cyst plus another one and also 2 kidney stones. Wonder how many other people symptoms have been ignored because your doctor in charge of signing off is saying nothing was found when we see it ourselves on the screen? I hope other people that have had the same problem start complaining too and have this person removed

Not happy at all & I told them that. They canceled one of my ultrasounds without telling me but didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call them back several times over an hour period after they rung me to explain that there would be a cost involved which I expected anyway. Poor customer service.

Went there on Tuesday of Feb. I think the staffs of reception are not very friendly, quite a pressure when I want to get further information. But maybe they are just too tired for too many calls and waiting patients.
The radiologist could speaks Mandarin, he was very nice and helpful.
The whole process took about 45 minutes.

My doctor wrote a time sensitive "Hycosy -fallopian tube ultrasound test" that needs to be done between day 5 and 10. I called the Lime Ave radiology and asked them if they do this ultrasound test. The lady on the phone said "yes we do this test" and she booked me in for Thursday 4:20pm (on my Day 8).

While booking, I actually spelled "HYCOSY" and also confirmed with the receptionist that it is a fallopian tube ultrasound 2-3 times.

I was there, and the receptionist asked me to wait. After 15 minutes of waiting, another receptionist called me and said sorry our sonographer can't perform this ultrasound test. It shocked me, they have wasted my complete cycle.

What a negligence they showed!

This test meant a lot to me. Now I have to wait for one more month to get it done somewhere else.

Staff are nice but told wait time won't be too long and an hour later we are still waiting. Wasn't till I asked and got grumpy we were called in. Seriously why not book for x-rays

Twice now I have turned up on a Saturday morning for an x rays and it states on their door they are not open.
They need to put this correct hours on their website as we drove both times 150kms to get there!!
