Unprofessional. Tried to arrange my bouquet and was told they’d send me an invoice. Never received the invoice and ignored my 3 attempts to follow them up.
Wedding planning is stressful enough, would not recommend.

I don't even know where to start! Krissy and Billie were more than we ever expected! I called them my Wedding Fairy Godmothers and honestly it was so true because they truly worked their magic! Everyone mentioned how chill I was all day on our wedding and that honestly comes back to Lilly & Lotus because I knew with them I had absolutely nothing to worry about! I cannot thank them enough, from their organisation, their knoweldge and of course their amazing styling our wedding wouldn't of happened without them! Words will never comprehend how amazing these ladies (and Scott) are and we are so grateful for them! If you're on the fence about getting a wedding planner then go see Lilly & Lotus and I promise you'll want them straight away! WE LOVE YOU LADIES! You made our day perfect. 🤎🤎🤎

I ordered a large posey jar for delivery, but the flowers did not match what was advertised on the website. They were dull in colour, the vase is no where their full as photos online. Saturday morning petals had already started to fall. Additionally, the delivery process was poorly managed. The recipient was home all day, but no one knocked on the door, called, texted, or emailed to confirm the delivery. It’s unclear how long the flowers had been sitting outside.

I emailed the business to address these issues but have not received a response. This experience was disappointing, and I will not be using or recommending this service in the future.

At the start they all seemed very professional. When it got closer to my wedding date they were very hard to communicate with. Lots of emails and phone calls to them were made, which took them sometimes up to or more a week to respond to.

We got our things on the Wednesday before the wedding as Danielle said they could do that for us. The tent was already set up from the weekend before from a previous wedding and they had told us over the phone that they could bring things out as no one else had hired the items.
They are extremely overpriced for what they offer and provide.
Some things that we hired were definitely not up to standards.
Some of the candles were that used you couldn’t light them, some of the candle vases were dirty and had old wax in them. The lights under one side of the marquee didn’t work. Lights had been hanging at the venue for more than a week and obviously weren’t tested before my wedding.

Tried contacting them on the Thursday multiple times via phone but no one answered.

Would not recommend Lilly and Lotus to anyone!

Especially when there are other vendors in the Rockhampton region that are more affordable and more pleasant to communicate with.

While the colour arrangement was pretty, I was very disappointed with the size. $85 for a tiny bunch of fake flowers in a pot smaller than my hand.

I am so grateful to everyone at Lilly & Lotus for their ability to read minds and put that in a vase - the exact colours, arrangement, correct flowers, everything is so beautiful and I've now sent a few arrangements to family and friends who are just amazed at how beautiful they are. All of them have thought the flowers were fake - not that they look fake they are just SO perfect!!!! Vases to match that are just gorgeous and every time I've said I'd like these colours and I like these flowers and these fillers but never go into great detail but they put exactly what I imagine into an arrangement that blows EVERYBODY away. Seriously fantastic job!!! Would never go to another florist again. You can buy for any occasion and not just flowers, hampers it's fabulous! My new favourite go-to for all gifts for all occasions.
