This physio is warm and inviting. Really enjoyed my first session in which I felt like I was treated like a long time return client. I will be returning regularly following my first pain free day in over a year! Seriously grateful for the treatment I recieved.

I'd had an issue with my achilles tendon for over a year, following a bad tackle in soccer, and despite various physios, chiropractors and other health professionals trying to fix it, I was not improving and it was impacting not only my ability to play soccer but also day to day life. I found Dane whilst researching my next step and gave him a call, he seemed very knowledgeable and generous with his time. At the appointment he used strength testing to check calf strength etc and from that point he kept the recovery process very simple by providing me with 2 or 3 simple exercises, with suggested weights and reps. After 3-6 mths of following his protocol and his treatment, I was back playing soccer. I found Dane to be very knowledgeable, generous with his time and very calm and structured in his approach.

If you are looking for optimal results, Dane at Lift Physio and Performance is the person for you. Dane provided an optimal treatment plan and had me back fully functioning in very little time. I had considerable lower back pain, which severely hampered my ability to move. Within a few treatments and tailored exercises, I found myself back to full functionality and no pain. I can highly recommend Dane to help get you functioning the way you ought to.

I've been in and out of physio for almost a decade now. Dane is the first physio to actually "fix me" and give me the tools l need to maintain my muscles moving forward. In the past l would do exercises for a period of time, but relapse quickly and often in pain.

His approach to caring for his clients is very professional but very kind and caring. I used to have a personal rule of only seeing older physiotherapist as l was looking for knowledge and experience but Dane broke that trend and has exceeded my expectations.

Dana was wonderful. He was supper helpful with my shoulder injury. With his treatment and guidance I was able to get back to my normal gym routine very quick.
