Having taken a day off work and travelling a considerable distance for a scheduled appointment, to be left at a locked door while phoning to enquire as to why the premises is empty, to be told "sorry we tried phoning yesterday to cancel" (no message received in any form) Stunned and speechless and only able to leave these words from those who have run successful businesses.
