Attended life care prendiville physio for aprox 5 sessions with Arifa. Was given great advice and treatment in a friendly and comfortable way. My problem has much improved since my pelvic floor sessions with Arifa. My sessions are now finished and as advised I must continue my prescribed exercises to keep up with my improved health .Arifa was very encouraging and explained everything to me in a manner that I understood. Thankyou Arifa @ Lifecare prendiville.

I’ve been receiving treatment at LifeCare for various body strains, niggles and injuries over the last few years. Simply put, if it weren’t for the dedication and care provided by physiotherapist Amy, I wouldn’t be able to perform on the basketball court each week or participate in other running related activities. Amy is a true professional and I am grateful to have someone with such skill local to me. I highly recommend Amy and the Prendiville clinic.

I cannot recommend Amy enough for her expertise and knowledge. I have been to Amy in various situations from severe lower back pain - almost unable to move, to tightness in my hips. I enjoy running and her aim has always been for me to continue doing what i love. She is incredible and has always identified the exact area requiring treatment and gotten me to a point where i feel back to normal. I highly recommend her services and her ability to pin point the problem within the first 10 mins of my appointment.

Had treatment with Amy over 3 sessions for severe vertigo.

Amy really has an amazing knowledge of this and explained things really well.

After 2 sessions it had gone and had 1 more session to make sure.
