Everyone in Lifecare are amazing. They are all accomodating and wonderful. Celeste was my physio and looked after me really well. I forgot that I have an appointment one day and they are so nice they let me do it on the same day at the later time. Thank you to all the lovely team in lifecare! 🙂

Got rear end suffered neck and back injuries Madison is my physio I would give her 6 stars if possible Madison has been working with me for around 6 weeks each week I am getting better she shows you certain exercises to help speed up your recovery great job Madi 👏👏👏

While the receptionist was very friendly, I was extremely disappointed with the service and attitude from Trent. He came across as dismissive and uncaring toward his patient. I was there to translate for my mother, who doesn’t speak English, and she had trouble following his exercise instructions even after I translated. When I asked him to come over to help her, he stood at a distance and said he couldn't help since he doesn’t speak the language, insisting that only I could translate the instructions.

From past experiences with physiotherapists, I've seen a more hands-on approach, with the therapist actively guiding and correcting my movements. Trent’s lack of engagement and unwillingness to offer this kind of support was very disappointing, especially given my mother’s language barrier and need for hands-on assistance. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Madison is methodical and can be strict at times when finding the right way to help but is very empathetic & understanding when it comes to helping me with my recovery.
