I have used them 6 times with my 2 daughters. I find the ladies are great, their feedback is fair and unbiased. They try their very best to make it a relaxed and pleasant environment. They are very proactive in trying to schedule visits. The only draw back is they seem to get booked up very fast so ensure you schedule well in advance. Overall their service and price is very reasonable. Thank you Daniel.

Terrible! Biased and unprofessional!

If you want things to improve between hostile parties, don't expect them to make things better, they'll just make it worse for you.

I now have the other party thinking they are above court orders, behaving however they like, and continuing to breach court orders. Every session I felt like I was sitting there justifying myself despite reports from external agencies and evidence of non-compliance and breaches of the court orders. The other party was allowed to sit there and berate me through sessions.

The situation I now find myself in could have been prevented if I'd had a decent counsellor.

Highly Recommended. They don’t tolerate any kind of unsolicited behaviour. The centre is unbiased and communication is fantastic. It’s a real shame I can’t use this service anymore due to the other party’s behaviour.
I felt this centre to be a safe space for my son and I. Professionals who are well informed, high level of training and act accordingly.

I was recommended this service through an online Mother's Support Group. Unfortunately, my experience was far less than pleasant after signing up with them. I had to use their services for changeovers, supervised visits and unsupervised visits for almost 2 years. They didn't like being questioned on policies or being provided feedback in writing. My child was not checked in with on how she was coping after visits despite repeated requests on a few occasions and everything was hunky dory for them which is a reflection on how far they are from the reality of children and their struggles emotionally whilst going through some very challenging times. It is very sad when parents and families end up in high conflict situations where they have to use such services. I found they made our journey harder with their attitude and (mis)management of things.

I’ve been a client for some time now and cannot thank them enough for their personal support through what is a hard time, the level of professionalism and genuine care of Amelia and Sussan is greatly appreciated. Having dealt with many others in this arena it was such a refreshing experience to feel supported. The approach they take is one that is considered and well planned with the needs of the children foremost in their actions. I can’t thank Lifecare enough for all they have done and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to engage their services.

These biased people shut down my daughter's visits because of a personal issue which has put my daughter through severe mental trauma. I have been contacted by many parents about the biased, unprofessional conduct of this organisation. it is owned and run by members of the court and is the most expensive contact centre. This organisation should have it's licence suspended and be stopped from destroying families. The best interests of the child is not at the forefront, their bank account is their priority. Absolutely disgusted in their so called service. Do not recommend it. there are much more professional centres at half the cost. Avoid this devils playground at all costs.

I appreciate the Lifecare services they provide. The supervise changeover & the procedure made me feel much safer than at the other Centre we’d used. Most of us wouldn't need the service if we are able to communicate to the person we are co-parenting with in a civilised manner. But most, if not all of us needs the service because we cannot do so. Therefore, at times it is highly emotional, life-threatening & with significant risk to have to come in contact with the ex that you hold DVO against. The abuser used many tactics, charm & charisma to continue the controlling ways even under the watchful eye. If you need professional unbiased supervision for your child. The staff they are trained and understands the nature of DV.
Lifecare has been a very professional child-centred service. They have high standards and will not put up with rules breakers & abusers.
I was recommended the service by a friend who talked highly of Lifecare. I highly recommend Lifecare to parents who have extra need of safe procedures. Parents who need a watchful eye for the children who lives have to go between two homes. It is more expensive than most children contact centres but worth every penny.

Lifecare offers an outstanding service in a really difficult situation. Their supervisors are all highly experienced and very qualified. They work closely with families with highly complex issues... it is interesting that the negative reviews are all men who do not appear to understand how this all works. People (both men and women) are supervised for a reason and lack of insight into their behaviour is at the top of the list!! I highly recommend this service to people looking for a service that has the capacity to deal with complex family matters.
