I went to Life Medical Imaging Bateau Bay today. Although I was very nervous and on alert Georgia was lovely and calming and very gentle. It made my experience as positive as it could be with the type of appointment I had. Thankyou so much for making it easier for me and also explaining the process. I would recommend Georgia at Life Medical Imaging Bateau Bay. If needed I will be returning to this clinic in the future.

The receptionists were so lovely and helpful even when they were really busy. Lauren my doctor was so kind and talked my through everything she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and was just so loverly. The booking was simple and easy and they were able to schedule me in quickly.

I've given a 2 star rating for this business, 1 star for receptionists & 1 star for technicians because they were nice, polite & respectful so my issue is NOT with these people. I only have 1 issue & this is I think in this day & age like other Medical Imaging places it would be awesome if they could send results to patients phone aswell as sending results to the doctor, this would make things alot easier for patients who like me have to catch public transport because doctors near my address either don't have bulk billing doctors or they are not accepting new patients. The Medical Imaging place near me do send results to people's phone but I can't get in to see any doctors near me so this is where my frustration lies.
