I’ve been to many different GPs in different clinics and by far Dr. Elena is THE best. She is very kind and takes the time to make sure all our concerns are addressed and that we are heard. My family sees Dr. Elena and we always leave feeling so much better.
We’ve seen her through my pregnancy and now through my bub’s visits. We always feel we get the best care.
We are incredibly thankful to Dr. Elena who is consistent and ensures her patients are comfortable and cared for.

The reception team is also kind and patient. They’re always happy to answer questions and help where they can.

I have been going to this centre and seeing Dr Elena for almost two years now - there has always been amazing and friendly reception staff. Dr Elena is also the best GP I have ever had and she is extremely caring, kind and thorough. She has always provided me with the highest level of care and I always leave an appointment with my concerns addressed. 100% would recommend this practice and their GPS.

Since 2008, as a regular patient, I highly recommend Dr. Jimmy Chang and delightful staffs.

Jimmy is the exact example of ‘being a doctor’ at professional & personal ways. Gentle, caring, considerate, warm, humble listener. When he refers to any specialists, he considers financial, emotional, physical status of the patient to find the best & fastest solution possible each time. Always he suggests gently.

7 years ago, I diagnosed Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia. Just visiting Jimmy, I had already used all my energy. Normally 5 minutes distance, it became 1.5h journey to get to there.

Always he showed welcoming smiles, listened with his sincere heart, emphasised my feelings and scarceness, encouraged me to keep going with my life. His confidence & belief of me, it was a key factor to get through my difficult medical journey. Yes, I am the evidence of miracle. Survived & upgraded with Dr.Jimmy.

Now I am heading to be a personal trainer. From film industry background to physical strength industry…

The whole family has been seeing Dr. Jimmy Cheng for over 15 years. He is profoundly knowledgeable, professional, caring, accomodating and supportive, giving us valuable medical advices through some very difficult situations. Melinda the dietician helped mum maintaining body weight during a critical treatment that makes a huge difference. Other staff members are also helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

The practice might not look like much from the outside, but it’s one of the best GP practices I’ve been to. And I love having a nurse and pathology available on site.

Dr Laura is an outstanding GP. Caring, considerate and thorough. An extremely high level of care and I always leave an appointment knowing I am in safe hands. Highly recommend

Dr Jin is knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He is easy to talk to, listened to what my concerns were and then how I would move forward with addressing them.
Reception staff are curtious and helpful.
Pathology on-site is a great benefit and the nurse is amazing, had travel vaccinations and didn't feel a thing!!

I've been a patient of Life Medical Clinic for over 12 years now and the level of care provided by the Life Medical Clinic team has been outstanding all along. I have since moved from the area but I still drive over an hour to attend appointments. This is how exceptional this practice is! The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, the nurse is caring and Dr Jimmy Cheng is just an amazing GP. Dr Cheng is caring, compassionate and nothing is too much trouble. He takes the time to listen and to explain things properly and is so supportive. It's just the best feeling when you are sick but you know the LMC team is your ally and will go above and beyond to help you in your recovery.
