I've been visiting this clinic since it opened. Great doctors and reception is friendly. Always clean and wait time is minimal. Doctors stick to scheduled time so go with one alignment at a time or book a longer appointment. Not many doctors available, so if you're sick, you might not find a walk-in appointment on that day, so have a back up clinic but you can try calling to check first. Limited telehealth available for regular patients. Good for management care, e.g check up, referrals to a good network of specialist, scripts and results discussion. Safly, no longer bulk bills for 16yrs plus and adults without concessions/pension. Which has helped with the wait times and available appointments. Out of pocket is minimal.

I've been visiting this GP clinic for some time, and overall, it has been a positive experience. Dr. Abeer Khan is an excellent GP, and the clinic is consistently clean and pleasant. I often interact with Surita and Christine, who are always friendly.

The recent addition of the new pathology team, including Christine, has been a positive change. It's great to see the team evolving and maintaining a high standard of service.

One area for improvement would be considering bulk billing to make healthcare more accessible, especially with the recent price increase. Additionally, receiving a text reminder a few days before appointments would be helpful.

I will talk about the Dr's. Amazing doctors, legitimately. They genuinely care, and do the best they can for you. I have never felt dismissed by them or talked down too. The online booking system is very convenient, but remember they are a busy clinic so it may be a couple of days to before they can see you.

Myself and my two children have been patients here for a few years at least now and I find that we often have to seek out another medical clinic 90% of the time because we can’t get appointments on the day we are actually sick and seeking medical attention. The doctors are good but not worth waiting days while sick to get an appointment. Not to mention the receptionist staff are always brusque over the phone and in person.

My favourite doctor here is Dr Susanto. Professional and lovely demeanour, she is always a pleasure to see. Would recommend her to all patients looking for a caring and attentive GP.

Receptionist are extremely rude. They speak to patients in such a debilitating manner. To see a doctor is atleast a 2 day wait - too bad for when it is something urgent and not as severe to attend the emergency department. Doctor's are very brief and do not provide a holstic approach to a patients needs. One junior female doctor googled my symptoms and sought a treatment plan from google - I did not feel confident in her practice whatsoever. Would recommend finding a different GP....

Just wow! The receptionist spoke (very rudely) over the top of me then when she asked the question I had already told her, I said “i was trying to tell you that but you spoke over the top of me.”
Her: i’m sorry Monday’s are incredibly busy. (She continues rambling without taking a breath)
Me: other places are busy too but they are not rude to the parents calling in about their sick kids.
Her: Hangs up!!!!
Wth?
How has this rude woman been given a job over anyone else?

Don’t bother with this place, they are “too busy” to be polite!

The doctors here are the best in Sydney. One of the few doctors that will do a viral swab check before prescribing antibiotics. Unfortunately it is pretty impossible to get a same or next day appointment.
