Myself and my daughter have been attending life medical centre Waterloo since 2011. We are patients of Dr Jimmy Cheng, however, over the years we have seen other dr’s and accessed the pathology services. All of our interactions starting with the reception team have always been, respectful, attentive and very accommodating.

Dr Jimmy Cheng has always engaged with myself and my daughter which such genuine interest and warmth. He has the incredible ability to explain a diagnosis that can be understood with such ease and is also very present within a consultation, I have never felt rushed during our visits.

Dr Maria Kahloon is fantastic. She is warm, welcoming, easy to talk to and genuinely cares about her patients. I left my first session with her feeling heard, seen and understood for the first time in a long time. She promptly and thoroughly addressed my concerns. I could not recommend her enough!

Since Moving to Australia and the central coast 3 years ago I can now finally say I have found my Medical Home. The staff are warm and welcoming right when you walk in. I have seen both Doctors (Dr. Michelle and Dr. Clara) and have loved both my experiences. They are not just Professional, but they take the time and genuine care to get to the root of each medical situation. I wasn't another number to them but an actual Human who was listened to and cared for. I feel like home here because they make you feel like family.

I rarely leave reviews but had to say this centre is incredible. Some of the most professional and dedicated staff I have seen in a medical practice on the Central Coast. Short wait times and location is easy to park and access. Reception staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and my doctor went above and beyond to provide the absolute best care. This is exactly what the Central Coast has needed for a very long time. A medical centre that genuinely cares about its patients and that has the professionalism to provide only the best care.
