Dr Abrahams was wonderful over the phone, on a Saturday, a few days out from Christmas, dealing with my need for anti virals having tested positive for Covid 19 - compassionate, professional and thorough.

I have been a patient with this practice for 30 years. The doctors are extremely committed and professional.
I have never felt rushed through an appointment, they are so thorough and caring. I never mind if I am kept waiting as I know if I needed the extra time in my appointment, I would get it.
The reception staff are kind, welcoming and extremely helpful. The practice is always sparklingly clean and comfortable.
I would never consider going to another practice, even though I have moved out of the area, I would rather travel the distance to see doctors I completely trust in a caring environment such as LFP.

Terrible experience at this clinic with my 15m o son, the Doctor there gave an injection to my son and administered it in the most horrific way. Rushed it and left my baby with bruises for a weeks. The nurse was good and took her time. The Doctor literally stabbed the needle into my sons leg, taking no care or consideration with my baby. My sister is a GP herself and was shocked by my experience. I now go to Hunters Hill Medical Practice and they are phenomenal, it’s further away for me but the care you get is far superior. Absolutely horrific experience don’t take your children here at all they clearly rush and do not consider the child’s age and how upsetting needles are for them.

Best practice I’ve ever been to. The doctors are extremely friendly and I always feel listened to and well looked after. They give you as much time with the doctors as you need and will follow up with you after the appointment if necessary. If you have a medical issue that needs attention (especially if it’s a serious issue for you) I couldn’t recommend this practice enough. Additionally, the receptionists are all lovely and very helpful both in person and over the phone. Thanks for all the help!

Doctors are amazing, no flaws and always wonderful! Receptionists, not so much. There is one particular receptionist; middle aged, usually takes the payments, who is always passive aggressive and ignorant towards me. She has never been kind and always talks down to me. I always dread having to visit the receptionist after my appointment. Again, the doctors are amazing and the other receptionists are all lovely.
