All the staff (health professionals, administrators, kitchen staff, cleaners) are so professionally well trained and helpful. The provided care is totally satisfactory.

It seemed really nice. The grounds were beautiful and the reception staff were really nice and welcoming. My nan said the night staff were pushy and unfriendly.. but this could have also been my Nan. I thought it was good but she does not want to go back again.
