Receptionist was helpful. Wasn’t busy at all on a Saturday morning maybe because no bulk billed Doctor was available. However my experience with Dr. Adam was fantastic! Medicare rebate to bank account is nearly instant. Good GP!

It is unbelievable how atrocious the reception staff are here. It’s honestly got to be the worst service in the country. Thank god they have good doctors here or else the whole place would be a desolate wasteland. Only able to muster up the strength to return to this practice because Dr Joe Yohendran is such a wonderful doctor. But let me reiterate, the reception staff are the worst you will ever encounter.

Be prepared to wait at least 1 hour past your appointment time. That’s if you are lucky as it may be more like 1.5 hours. Their time management is ridiculous and there is no care to fixing it. Every time I’ve been here that’s been the case. Walk ins are prioritised it seems. Horrible and wouldn’t recommend

Dr was great. Waiting time 30 min but that's normal. Receptionist was good. Pretty happy with my new doctor. Can get pretty busy.

Incompetent and extremely rude reception staff. Great doctors tho. I would suggest seeing these doctors at the other practices they work in. Save yourself the experience of these dreadful receptionists

Doctor is lovely however reception staff are senseless. Ended up waiting 1.5hrs for my appointment of which i would be 'up next'. When I came out I had to get vaccines from the pharmacist and come back to the nurse, which I told them and they let me know that the nurse would be going on lunch at 1pm. I was gone for only 15 minutes and arrived back well before 1pm, but they had let the nurse leave for lunch early despite knowing I was coming back. They asked I wait for another half an hour, but I couldnt stand it anymore so I left to get the vaccine done by a friend. So overall I spent 2 hours and achieved nothing. Would not recommend this place unless you have limitless time and like looking into blank faces.

Dr Joe YOHANDREN is a great Doctor and very thorough with his diagnosis.
BUT he never starts on time, has too many days off which inconveniences the patients visiting the clinic it's quite frustrating.
The receptionist is the rudest woman with no people skills, makes me wonder why would they employ someone like her.

My 2 lovely Drs from Croydon have just relocated there. I went for the first time today to see one of them. I was waiting 35 mins past my appt to be told quite abruptly by one of the receptionists that my Dr was no longer available as he’d gone for lunch and could I come back later? I couldn’t wait as I was due back at work so I had to leave. Not impressed!
