What a wonderful experience!

Four days under the care and tutelage of Leah as she gently took us through a beautiful mix of breath work, cold, nature, sauna, yoga, meditation and music. The facilities, food, community and content were all exceptional and I highly recommend the experience to others.

I loved the Leah Scott Wild Things Expedition experience.
I learnt so much, felt 100% supported in all areas, from the breath work, cold water, hiking and the incredible food we consumed.
The people this event attracts are incredible and I found that we all supported each other.
I’d love to do it again.

I completed a half day fundamentals workshop with Leah recently. Leah was a warm, friendly teacher and facilitator who shared her work and experience with cold exposure in an authentic, down to earth manner. I'd recommend her trainings to others, it's definitely worth doing and I've made cold exposure a regular practice after attending her program.

Always a pleasure to attend Leah's workshops. This is my 3rd workshop and I learn something new every time. Such an amazing experience to be guided through the breath work and then ice plunge with Leah's guidance. Thank Leah. If you haven't been to a workshop, why not!

Everyone should attend at least one of Leah’s retreats in their lifetime. Leah integrates the Wim Hof method into her retreats set in nature. An amazing way to experience the snowy mountains in NSW with a fantastic team supporting Leah and a great group of liken minded people.
I have already booked my second retreat with Leah to tackle the Mount Kosciuszko summit walk at the end of June this year.
Can’t wait to get back to the mountains and experience all the wonder and amazement of nature, cold and breath that Leah is able to curate into her retreats.

I recently attended a Wim Hof method Kosciusko Retreat run by Wild Thing team, facilitated by Leah Scott. It was a life changing experience. I did things I didn’t believe was possible for me and I met a group of incredible, generous humans. Every part of the retreat was designed to enable us to reach beyond ourselves, from the incredible food to the live music to accompany our breath work. While the retreat was a challenge, at every stage I felt safe and cared for, by Leah and Aaron, Zilky and Cass, Daniel and my fellow participants. I continue to enjoy the benefits, weeks after. I feel so grateful for the experience.
