End of an era!
I’ve just sold my investment property after nearly 15 years, and throughout that time Leah Jay Property Management have been managing it. I’ve had consistently great experiences with the team, with the most recent standout being Lara, my property manager since July last year. She’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with — always friendly, professional, helpful, patient and incredibly communicative, especially during the sale process. Selling a tenanted property can be tricky, but Lara made it much smoother for everyone involved.

Over the years I also had the pleasure of working with Pippa, their Lead Investment Services Manager. In the lead-up to my decision to sell, Pippa was incredibly supportive. She provided thoughtful, strategic advice and recommended two excellent local agents — even arranging desktop appraisals just before Christmas. Her personal insights and feedback were invaluable and gave me real confidence in making the right choice. I ended up with a fantastic result, and I honestly don’t think it would’ve gone as smoothly without her guidance.

We had to call Leah Jay today when the power went out at our business in East Maitland. We are an allied health and support provider and having the lights and power on are essential. Within 20 minutes of calling I had a phone call from the electrician and one of their trades persons on site to rectify the issue.
