My family and I have been seeing these 2 doctors for years know they have been so kind caring and there treatment has always been 100% I can see them and get help if I need to see a specialist it is always one of the best. In their chosen area .I would recommend for my family and friends to see them as I a caring doctor is very hard to find .I can't thank them enough for all that they have done for us.Also the front staff are so beautiful amazing and caring also would always try to help me as well

I wish I could give this practice 0 star.
I am deeply concerned about the unprofessional and rude customer service I experienced at this medical Center. The doctors displayed discriminatory behavior, and I was advised to seek care elsewhere simply because I hadn’t visited recently. Such conduct is unacceptable, and I am considering filing a formal complaint with the medical board. I hope that this issue will be addressed promptly.

I called this centre before going there and the recipient said it’s walk in- you don’t have to make an appointment but when I went there Froozan didn’t see me because I wasn’t her regular patient and I had to make another appointment for another day unfortunately i was lazy to go to another centre. Made an appointment for two days later
went there with my 2 sick babies in a rainy day.
I arrived late I apologise to the receptionist and asked her if it was okay.(which was so common. Everyone there were complaining about dr running late) She said it was okay After 10-15 minutes, when Froozan came out to get her next patient, she looked me in the eye without any explanation or apologies with aggressive tone

I asked why didn’t your receptionist told me you won’t be able to see me,I’ve been waiting for so long. she just walked off and didn’t wait to communicate and listen to me and told me off.

Medical entre next to stockland shopping centre, parking 1 hour on street but rear to the kurb odrvise get $90 fine.

Not recommended at all ,both male and female doctor , not professional at all , went for six weeks baby check up she only give my baby a immunization and asked me to come back for full check up and I have to book appointment before. I come back another day and she only checked my baby weight and eyes . Does not last 3 minutes Only . She is waisted my time and Medicare money.
