I've only been seeing Mimi at Le Physique for a couple of weeks but I'm already seeing significant improvements. I came in with multiple issues – longterm pain with my neck, back, hip and feet – and Mimi was immediately on the case, pinpointing the causes and focusing on immediate pain reduction as well as effective ongoing treatment. Unlike other physios I have visited over the years, she aims for maximum results in each appointment, and in one of my early appointments handed over to one of her colleagues at the end of my appointment to make sure I was as pain-free as possible before i left. She's incredibly knowledgeable but also really caring. I know that each appointment will be a huge step in the right direction and i feel like I'm finally on the right track. It’s by far the best experience I have had with physio.

Albert is very professional and did a very thorough assessment with me. My right shoulder is pretty bad with all the weighted calisthenics and he pinpointed where the issue is and did some treatment for so immediate relief. He also prescribed me some exercises to strengthen the relevant muscle to help alleviate the pain.

Highly recommend to everyone for his knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail.

Mimi was thorough in her assessment and good in explaining and communicating her treatment plan, which involved dry needling, cupping and hands on release of stress points.
