Love this place so much! We come to Nelson bay often to visit family and I love stealing away for some time out at Laze. The interiors are modern and luxurious and the saunas are amazing. I love doing the sauna and ice bath after. Best feeling ever! Highly recommend!

I just tried Laze Infrared Saunas, and I really loved it. The sauna and float were super relaxing and refreshing. The staff were really kind and welcoming. I especially liked the Bluetooth feature in the sauna—and it was really nice having the other feature of being able to control the temperature to suit me. I’ll definitely be coming back again 🙂

My husband and I visited Laze on our weekend away. We did an infrared sauna and ice bath. The location is absolutely stunning, the incredible woman who manages the wellness centre was just a breath of fresh air and full of information. This was truly a 5 star experience and we can’t wait to go back!!

I first visited Laze back in May for a float session and wow, I was just blown away by the whole experience. From my first step inside I was greeted and shown around the gorgeous rooms and felt so at ease. The float room was beautifully decorated and had a shower inside, super cold jug of water and a massive float pool. It was so relaxing that I’m going to be booking another session when I come back to the bay next week!

25/1/24 was gifted a voucher for my birthday so decided to try the magnesium float.
What an experience! 1 hour of total relaxation floating. Amazing
Followed up with a 3 min ice bath.
Truly a tough challenge at 10 degrees for 3 mins but being coached on how to breathe by the attendant made the challenge more manageable.

Awesome experience at Laze in the sauna and ice bath. Super friendly team, peaceful atmosphere and great facilities, highly recommend to de stress, take some time out or help with muscle recovery and aches and pains!
