Staff were very friendly, helpful and explained everything well. I got there 15 minutes early and was taken straight in.
Procedure explain and radiographer explained everything clearly and was friendly and professional. Cost far cheaper then IMed and service much better. You are treated like a person not like just another procedure for the day and rushed as I med often running late and their costs so inflated. Reception staff friendly and helpful. I went to the Lavington one as they have several sites.
Would recommend them highly.

Just had my knees x-rayed. It was a reasonably good experience. I suggested that they supply a wooden chair to sit on during one of the tests. 98/100

I Went there in pain,I was treated with V.I.P. attention, the 3 girls could not do enough for me . GIRLS ALLCan say is take all your books to the top of the classroom as you will all be there for a very long time especially if you do what you are doing now. I left a very happy and content man from the service I received from you all

I came in today to enquire about a ct scan. I have been injured recently and on high doses of medication hence why the CT scans. Reception was friendly, but once we found out they don't do CT scans and Wodonga and Albury does, I wanted to leave to head back home to reorganise it at my own pace instead of reception doing it. I tried three or four times to tell the receptionist but she kept bringing up going to Wodonga today for the appointment, I said to her I cannot attend an appointment in Wodonga today, but she wasn't listening and kept telling me more times and appointments, I tried again and again to hint quietly (other customers were around) that I am in too much pain and medicated to continue the conversation, it didn't matter what my partner and I said, she kept talking over us and not listening, I had to literally walk out of the building to still be pulled up by her verbally and had to say to her that "I've asked multiple times to end the conversation, please let me leave." It seriously shouldn't be that hard to understand what we were asking for. All we wanted was if I wasn't able to get the scan done there today, then I would organise an appointment with either Wodonga or Albury on Monday at my own pace.
