I have had to have several blood tests of late and every time the Collectors at Laverty Pathology at Kincaid Medical Centre have been pleasant, efficient, caring and helpful. It is conveniently located within the clinic where the staff are also very helpful.

I attended Kincaid Street Laverty Pathology this morning, there were five people ahead of me. I waited for 40mins, while the woman sitting next to me had been waiting for 1hr, not one person was seen to enter the Nurses room or exit it the entire time. I left and went to Peters street where I was taken in for my blood test 5mins after arriving.

If you can I highly recommend going to a different place. Staff here are rude, unprofessional and don’t seem to know what they’re doing, (both receptionists and doctors). Have been here multiple times and I have been ignored & treated poorly and have waited hours just to get my bloods taken, sometimes also sent home. I never write reviews but just want to warn others from wasting their time.
