This is actually so sad because the service I get here is amazing when I attend. But as a medical space that collects samples for very important issues. YOU MUST have a functioning phone at all times. I have been calling for 3 days. I went in after the 2nd day and had to physically attend and ask for a late start to work because i could not call. Turns out the phone issue went even further, I was told my initial sample was compromised "were you not called about that?" Absolutely not! Those samples were for 400 dollar phychiatrist appointment!

Cherry on the top, I had to do new samples with tears in eyes because I had to pass up an extremely important appointment. Only to call them 2 days later. The phone is still off. FIX THIS NOW. THIS IS NOT OKAY.

Great service today at Laverty Toormina.
I didn’t have long to wait and I woukd like to say a huge thanks to Gaby who took my blood !
She did a great job and I felt relaxed and comfortable (which for me is great whilst getting a needle) highly recommended.
