Sadly I am old now, and have to have pathology tests on a regular basis. Drawing blood is always very difficult with me - my veins are hard to find - but the regular lady at this lab is fantastic. She is the ONLY person who has EVER been able to draw blood from my left arm! I always go to this lab because they are friendly, professional, and I don't end up with pain and bruising. I couldn't recommend a lab more highly.

preparation is too long , and not customer care for senior. The nurse are slow and layback , need to be training for more effective and effusion.

It's no fun having your blood taken, but I walked in, straight through to the pathologist who was lovely, set me up nicely and was a really pleasant person. I felt a review was necessary!
