I visited the new Lisarow Pathology building on 25/03/25 at 1 PM and found no reception, staff, or any sign of human presence. I waited for a while but saw no one. To check if I was in the right place, I slightly opened a nearby door and heard noise inside. I politely said, “Hi, I’m here for a blood test.” The staff member inside rudely told me to wait outside. I immediately understood that she was attending to another client and stepped back, but I hadn’t even fully opened the door.

When she later came out, she started aggressively yelling at me as if I had done something terrible. As a disabled person, this was even more distressing .I apologised and explained that I hadn’t seen anyone around and that there were no signs indicating whether the doors were treatment rooms or offices. Despite this, she continued shouting in an unnecessary and unprofessional manner.

At that point, I had serious doubts about her mental state and didn’t feel comfortable staying. I left without getting my blood test done. I’ve been going to the old Lisarow laverty Pathology building for years and had always nice experience but this was downright appalling. Management needs to step in and seriously address this staff member’s unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable behaviour . Very, VERY disappointed!

Called them to book in a pregnancy diabetes test nobody picked up for two days straight so left them a voice mail when they called me back they told me just to show up early next week I don’t need an appointment they will have everything ready. Double checked again but apparently no appointment needed. When I went there the next week a very rude lady told me that I have to book in they can’t do it today even thou I told her my side of the story she didn’t care can’t do it go elsewhere. Please make sure everyone is on the same page at your pathology people have to plan stuff like that it’s an 2 hour test hubby took the day off to stay with the other kids
