Waited 45 minutes on it a school day with my son. Finally got in to be told they can’t do anyone under 10 with only one collected there and we’d have to drive to the another town 30 minutes away to get his blood test. Biggest waste of time! How hard would it be to put a sign on the front entry saying “don’t bother coming in for anyone under 10” or to simply acknowledge people in the waiting room and say “hey, if you’re here for that kid, don’t bother” to save them waiting the better part of an hour for absolutely nothing. Biggest waste of time.

Absolutely Absurd. These people are never open when they say they're open and the wait times are disgraceful. Laverty should be ashamed of their practices.

Very lovely pathologist! I’m very very nervous with blood tests and she made me feel so at ease. Very quick and with little pain. So thankful for your compassion.

I called last Thursday asked if they did scans as well the found last assured me they did I asked for an appointment she told there was no need to just the up at the back door at 8am Monday.
I said no I would perfer to make an appointment for the scan to make sure because it's for ivf. I was told no they don't take appointments I will just have to turn up o n the day. I asked again if the defiantly did scans and blood test because I can not miss it. Yeah yeah it will be find.
Get there today 8am no we don't do scans I don't know who you spoke to but we definitely don't do scans. We my blood was taken it was painfull no first, band was not tight. Just a stab and go..
No care what so ever.
