Had to wait about half an hour in the waiting room before samples were taken, but the rest of the experience was so pleasant and positive, I had to give a 5 star rating anyway.

The staff are so nice and you can tell they're doing their very best. They can't help it if there's a sudden increase in patients needing samples collected.

10/10 for the awesome staff.
