I wish I could give zero star but at least the nurse did the service. Nipha, and when I asked her name she started laughing as I mentioned I was leaving a Google Review. She was extremely rude all the time and wanted show control, even didn't let me finish any questions and was with another trainee . By the end, when I was leaving they were both loudly laughing. Where is the professionalism , kindness and compassion Please take this review seriously it ruined my day seeing someone touching my body and being so rude! I also would like a feedback of this. Thank you!

This is a review of a very poor blood testing facility with extremely unprofessional service and a filthy, disorganized room. Blood test containers are piled up in a chaotic manner. As expected, I went for a blood test a few weeks ago, but the doctor never received the results because the nurse forgot to label the sample with my name, rendering the test useless. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking—it's the first time I've encountered something like this in years. Although I can get my blood drawn again, this not only wastes patients' time and delays diagnoses, but it also squanders government resources. Authorities should take this seriously to prevent such incidents from happening again.

Wait times here are consistently long. It takes an hour to see 3-4 people. I don't understand why, it doesn't matter whether I've come during the week or on a Saturday the wait time is woeful. I will not come back here again.

Nice big juicy queues to sink your teeth into. So long as you didn't just come from the denture clinic downstairs. Staff attentive but in that minimum wage kind of way. Eyes glazed to Krispy Creme specification. Well done.

Quick and easy! Went in for a blood test first thing in the morning, I was third in line and I only had to wait about five to ten minutes. The woman who took my blood was cheerful and efficient. Excellent 🙂

Painful experience!!! Horrible experience!!! Would never recommend this place.

I have visited the Laverty Pathology at Glebe Medical center location to have my blood test to be done on the 5th of April 2023 and here is my experience:
It’s was quick and no queue, however the entire process was painful right from the start and I though it feel much more painful then it usually. When I show and said it’s quite painful the lady just told me “calm down it’s okay” when it wasn’t!
Later on that day my arm in the area where blood was takes was super sore and next morning it’s start to bruise and now it’s even worse! Photo attached below ?

visit for a test, while doing it, i ask if they can tellme how much do i need to pay and staff answer was "i dont know you should ask that before the sample is taken"

neveer again will visit laverty.

they give 3 diferent prices for same studies.
