I had a disappointing experience at Laverty Pathology, After waiting 45 minutes with number nine, the pathologist ignored my number twice and incorrectly claimed I had canceled my appointment. She was defensive and suggested I should have gone to another pathology center.

She didn't follow proper protocol, failing to verify my Medicare details or ask for my date of birth before taking my blood sample. The way she handled the needle was concerning and uncomfortable. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and poses a risk to patient care. I hope Laverty Pathology takes action to prevent such incidents in the future.

Amazing pathology centre on Polding street Fairfield. I was allocated here for work placement and had a beautiful and amazing mentor Vera. I have learnt so much from Vera. All patients love her, she is quick and knowledgeable at what she does!! Couldn’t have imagined learning from anyone better, and hope that one day I can be as good ask her, such a wonderful person! They are only getting 1 star because there isn't less than that. I have put a complaint through to them 3 months ago, and im still waiting on a response, I have attempted to send a complaint through their website with no answer again, and when calling i get told that i called their results collection, but they do not offer another number to call, or can't transfer the call to a responsible person.

Collection person used a trainee to attempt to take blood from a 3 year old THREE year old. She didnt mention she was a trainee until half way through the process. she pinned my daughter down, n now my daughter will not go to the doctors without crying and screaming. That day my daughter cried for an hour after she let her go.

I found last week that this person is moving to a higher position in westmead hospital. it can't be possible that this monster will be dealing with children.
