Quite a nice medical centre to have the pathology. Friendly staff and I didn't have to wait long for the appointment. As always, the earlier you get in the quicker you'll get in and out.

We have waited for more than 1 hour just for blood test, surprisingly there were only few patients.

Came to laverty pathology charnwood for blood test. Was only 1 person before me and I was second in queue. But had to wait for 75 mins. I can’t believe just for 1 person she took 75 mins. Don’t know what procedure takes 75 mins. Never going to this pathology again. The phlebotomist was way too rude to me and showed attitude. No professionalism at all. Want ti give 0 star for this.

Went to get bloods done by the lovely kym today. Great people skills very welcoming and hardly felt a thing. Waiting time was minimal. Very pleasant experience. Will definitely go there again .

I had 24 hour blood pressure monitor booked here with laverty charnwood and i called up to confirm. Then was told by the receptionist that the person was away sick that day. It took me over 3 weeks to get an appointment. Now i cant check my heart health. And have to go back to the end of the que. I was given a number to call got no answer and no reply to message left.
