I haf called and booked for a pregnancy GTT for 7:30 am this morning. The lady who answered the phone confirmed my appointment. But they didn't open at 7:30, there were others waiting too.
I left at 8:00 am and the place still wasn't open. Very unprofessional service, infuriating when you confirm fasting appointments for pregnant patients and do not have the courtesy to even open on time.
I now see that there were other exactly same reviews left 2 months ago !! Laverty/healius really doesn't care.

Ridiculous, Arrived at 7:30am To do a blood test and no one was there. Called twice no answer.
Opening time says 7:30am. I am still waiting and it’s 8:15am now. Been waiting over 45 mins.
Change your opening time if no one is going to be in the clinic.

Change your operating hours if you aren’t consistently opening at 7:30am.

I arrived at 7:30 and no one was there. Waited 45 minutes and left to avoid wasting more of my time.

Came back the next day at 7:40 and no one there once again.

The pathologist we saw today was amazing. I forgot to ask for her name, but she was fantastic. I took my twin girls to Laverty Bankstown for a blood test by myself, and it wasn't easy. The nurse was incredibly nice, friendly, and patient with the kids ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had to go to Laverty twice to do my pregnancy glucose test (2 hours each time) and I had such a lovely experience.

Fatima, the pathologist, is professional and was such a delight to be around and made the 2 hours of sitting around bearable (and dare I say - fun).

The gentleman who booked me in the second time was super understanding when I was trying to book my time, as I wasn’t sure what I needed to book in and was super patient with me while we both figured it out (in the end I emailed through my referral just to make sure).

susan did my blood test very very good, there was one specific arm that blood doesn’t came of, and she tried the 1st time and she took out the blood i recommend her 100%
