New furnishings and signage in the center and looks more organised and clear to navigate through. The laverty/pathology section has a less wait time with a better system when taking a number to wait.

The lady performing the pathology was rude and abrupt. No extra care or empathy was shown for my 4 children who needed the same test after me.
There was no patience shown toward my youngest daughter who
Was scared and crying.
Kindness is free and not hard to display.
I would not recommend this collection centre.

The Pathology department & the nurses were amazing as per usual. Thank You.
Each time I've been to them my results are available in 48hrs to requesting Dr/Drs.
No matter if dr is from the medical centre within the same building @ bankstown or an outside Specialist in Kogarah results are available within 2 days. Unless it is required to be a cultured test then that can take up to 1 week for results & they usually inform the patient of this before testing.
I've been attending this pathology dept for almost 8yrs now & I have never had an issue with the staff always professional, caring & I've never bruised.
Yes you may have to wait alittle as they can be very busy, you just take a number & they will assist you as soon as your number is called.

The sample collection staffs have their own rule despite what the doctors advice. For example, for some tests the doctor had said that you don't need appointment with pathology room but yet the sample collection staff had rudely said that" you can't just come in like that", They even do this attitude with pregnancy related tests which often has tight schedule. They have thousands of rules except for where to lodge an official complaint against the poor service.

Not given any receipt during the blood collection and It’s been more than one month didn’t gave the blood test report. At present, I lives far away and won’t be able to reach to them as current address is change, but need that report to get Doctor suggestion/ treatment. I had conversation with Family Doctor and he didn’t get my report so far so that he can come to any conclusion.

I tried many times to call them they never respond. Sometimes, their contact details get off.
