Absolutely outstanding experience and results!! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to my needs. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen on time, which I really appreciate.

Without exaggeration, Dr Laur and his support staff have achieved what should be the envy of most businesses in their pairing of effortless approachability and absolute professionalism. Administration staff were prompt, concise, and always helpful, even in the face of my many emails and questions. Dr Laur’s experience and friendly, relaxed demeanour would have us common folk believe vascular surgery could be mastered over a weekend or two such is his confidence in the procedures and expected results.

Laurel Clinic doesn’t need my review to keep its books full and Dr Laur is likely in need of more days off rather than more clients, but hopefully this encourages anyone searching for the right place, that this is it.

Dr. Gilles Laur was amazing! He made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole procedure. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns. I saw my results instantly. I had varicose veins on my left leg and it’s always been something that I felt very insecure about. It feels strange to look at my leg and for them to be completely smooth.
The recovery was so easy and not painful at all. The whole team at Laurel clinic are so friendly and welcoming. I am so happy with my results! I wish I didn’t put this off for so long. Thank you to all the team. You were all so amazing! ❤️

I can’t thank Laurel Clinic enough for helping me. Nothing is too much of a hassle, so friendly and knowledgeable. I went to Laurel Clinic for a skin cancer check. I got taking with Dr Gilles and found out he could help with much more than just a skin check. I have been suffering with bad acne and I recently went elsewhere on the Gold Coast to a well known practice, I was left disappointed with the care I received. I have been suffering with horrible Acne and in the short time I have seen Dr Gilles it has significantly improved. I was also extremely nervous as I wanted to get a mole removed for cosmetic reasons and Dr Gilles of course he was able to do that as well! I can not be more impressed with the outcome of the mole removal it has exceeded my expectations. Dr Gilles has also been able to provide allergy testing on my skin. The amount of knowledge Dr Gilles has for all things from skin cancers to skin products is incredible. I continue to look forward to seeing the team at Laurel Clinic.

Dr Gilles is extremely professional with so much knowledge. Having my veins treated in the past and not being happy with my results Dr Giles was very informative and made me feel very comfortable. 2 month post treatment and I’m extremely happy with my results already.
