Impressed, impressed!!! I can only say how wonderful it was to receive such wonderful friendly service from Barry at Rockhampton store.
I realise things are always changing BUT, after numerous years of attending this store, and not always getting what you asked for....this was the first time I was offered a RACQ discount & actually had certain extras offered & explained.
Please, please stay in Rockhampton Barry, your professionalism & friendly manner is a pleasant surprise.

We had the most disappointing experience with a staff member by the name of Sarah who was rude, unsympathetic, unethical and totally unprofessional. The optometrist was absolutely professional and helpful and is now aware of the situation and was most apologetic. Sarah’s attitude was inexcusable given the situation required an urgent appointment and it was not facilitated because of her inability to provide good customer service.

After recently moving to Rockhampton I was in need of a new Optometrist. Attended Laubman & Pank and received the most comprehensive and attentive eye test I have ever received by Pooja and the customer service from the new Practice Manager Barry was exceptional.
