By far the best clinic that I have ever gone to. The staffs were amazing and so helpful with my problematic skin condition. I have annoying white lumps around the T-Zone and pigmentation. Recommendation to lay under the red LED Light lamp was a god send. After 1 treatment, you can see a change that the lump has reduced in size. I will definitely be coming back again for more treatments. Laser skin care products are so remarkable hydrating my dull lifeless skin and bringing back looking refreshed. Thankyou Laser skin for your professionalism giving me self confidence and definitely a place where I can now trust.

I regularly visit this clinic for laser hair removal, and the service has always been excellent—especially with the Asian aesthetician. I've never had any issues with her treatments, and she does an amazing job.

However, I recently had a less positive experience when inquiring about skin injections over the phone. While the Middle Eastern staff member assisting me was initially helpful, the interaction changed when I asked about appointment availability. Since I wasn’t able to book immediately, I let her know I’d call back after checking my schedule. She responded with a dismissive tone and attitude 'Oh… okay,' followed by an abrupt ending to the call without a goodbye.

While its not a major issue, it gave me the impression that she was more focused on securing a booking than genuinely assisting me as a customer. While I understand that businesses rely on appointments, customer service should always come first. I was simply trying to find out when the nurse was available and needed time to check my schedule, which is a reasonable request. A more courteous and professional approach would have made a big difference.

I wasn’t going to post this, but after seeing so many recent bad reviews, I’m convinced it’s not just me being difficult. This place has a serious problem with accountability.

Just read the reviews it’s easier for them to suggest they can’t find the person in the database then admit fault LOL!!!!! It takes a big person to admit fault maybe your customers might also be a bit more understanding when you admit to your stuff up!

They never take ownership when something goes wrong. Communication is shocking. And worst of all, they’ll try to shift blame onto the customer every chance they get.

After nearly a decade of loyalty, I’ve had enough. The revolving door of staff, no communication when your appointment is changed, and the rude, inconsistent service has finally broken me.

Most recently, I booked a skin treatment and the day I was due to show up I was asked to reschedule because they were overbooked and the staff member “wanted her lunch break.” I had another engagement and couldn’t delay. Their solution? Charge me a cancellation fee. Unbelievable. So I had to escalate the issue and push for them to listen to the call recording before they realised how wrong that was. So they “compensated” me with a free treatment and didn’t charge me cancellation…… the free skin treatment they can keep.

Then there was my injectables appointment. I’ve been doing these regularly for years roughly every six months. This time, they didn’t even tell me my usual injector wasn’t in. They just switched me to someone else when I called to reschedule, not a word about it. Sure, I could have walked out on the but that’s beside the point. The lack of communication is their failing.

Today the manager called me, apparently “confused” about my negative feedback. Instead of listening, she started defending the team and implying it was my fault. Again blame the customer. Every. Single. Time.

At my last injectables appointment, I couldn’t remember what I’d had done six months ago obviously. So this new injector said “I’ll do what we did last time,” so I went along, then today the manager she jogged my memory. Fine. But she could clearly see in my file that what we did last time wasn’t the same as my usual. She chose to ignore that. After scrolling through the rest of my last appointments. The comment notes from my last visit was much longer then the recent appointment… I wonder why she dismissed the rest of the notes Why? Because they’d already promised me a “free skin treatment” and I guess this was their way to balance the books. Feels like I got ripped off.

This isn’t about one bad experience. It’s a pattern. The defensive attitude, poor communication, and refusal to take ownership is built into the culture. And the manager? Argumentative, dismissive, and more focused on protecting the business than hearing customers out.

I’m done.
I’m never going back, and I’m telling my family and friends to do the same.

It’ll take a lot more than a free skin treatment to fix what’s broken here.

I visited a few months ago to inquire about a facial and was convinced to pre-purchase several different treatments, which turned out to be a big mistake. Every time I called or visited, they had no idea how many treatments I had left. Before Christmas, I was told I had four treatments remaining. I booked a treatment for January 14th, and at the end, I was told they *think* I only have one treatment left.

The service at this place is absolutely unacceptable. The receptionist was rude, and the consultant performing the facial didn't say a word, giving the impression she didn't want to be there. When you pre-pay for a service, you receive an express service rather than a proper treatment. A few days after my facial, I called to report that my face was full of rashes and burning. Another indifferent receptionist said she wasn't sure why and that there was nothing she could do. That was the moment I decided never to set foot in this place again, as no amount of money or remaining treatments could make me return to such an unprofessional establishment.It’s been 8 days & my face is still full of rash. I will never recommend this place to anyone & as a matter of fact will be sharing my experience with anyone I know.

This clinic is ridiculous and fake at the starting I was taking a sessions from Fairfield clinic then they closed that and ask me to get sessions from Chester Hill I always travel 6 hours from my regional area to here at Chester Hill to take full body laser and whenever I come here they always give services to other people at my time and always ask to wait more. And now I'm trying to contact with them from 3 months and they are not answering and replying my calls and messages. Now I came here from my regional town that is 6 hours far from here spending $200 ticket and what I saw they closed their clinics permanently😡 and I was still having 6 more full body laser sessions. Now who is going to refund me? I want my money back I work so hard for that money? Give me my money back 😠

Would not recommend this store to anyone..All they want is your money and they recommend me to have pigmentation removed and than tell me it was the wrong treatment..In the meantime I have to pay out of pocket to have facial hair removal due to the wrong treatment..I would not even recommend this place even to my worst enemy…Shame on you

I had a wonderful experience with Melissa for my Kleresca treatment.I ve been suffering rosacea for a very long time and that treatment helps to calm down my skin.The place is very clean and welcoming, which is so important to me. Melissa is friendly, professional, and took the time to explain every detail of the treatment so I felt well-informed and at ease. I’m really pleased with my results and can’t recommend Melissa enough!
