I have left my appointment at Laser Clinics Stockland Townsville feeling disappointed. I have had laser hair removal at Laser Clinics for years and I have always had a great experience with the staff and leave feeling happy and satisfied. However, during my appointment with Jess I was left feeling dissatisfied for the first time. I feel as though Jess was not thorough during my appointment. I have found all other staff members to pay great attention to detail making sure I’m satisfied with my appointment and they didn’t feel rushed. I felt as though Jess was quite blunt and dismissive when I asked some questions. Jess did not feel genuine and she had a negative demeanor- it left me wondering if she enjoys her job at all.

I absolutely love this clinic! Have never had a bad experience in the 2 years I’ve been going here! They’re always willing to give their professional recommendations and always ask if you’re having any issues/concerns with your treatments. All the girls are lovely but I’d love to let Carla know she is an absolute lovely lady and always makes me feel comfortable while having treatments done. Again, I love this clinic and cannot fault them on anything xx

The girls at Laser Clinics Australia in Townsville were wonderful. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and nothing was a bother. It is an incredibly professional clinic. The services available are affordable and nothing is too much trouble. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting them for a free consultation. Dani was wonderful with me and made me feel very comfortable as I was quite anxious upon arrival. I was lucky enough to see results after the first treatment. Good luck and book an appointment NOW! I have been going to the Stockland Clinic for over 12 months and my 13yr daughter for the past 6 months. I have found all the staff are not only friendly to us but very professional and know there profession extremely well.

As a Registered Nurse I was so impressed of the knowledge the staff have of the skin and I have learnt a few things to treat skin issues.

The staff are very patent at all times and as my daughter who has Autism and you rarely see the same consultant twice they all treat her beautiful and never judge when she her behaviours and we always you get the same service by all the ladies.

I have recently started taken my disabled sister and the staff are excellent in accommodating and ensure she is not distressed during
treatment sessions.

The staff are very professional, gentle and happy to ensure your experience is of a high standard. I love the most how you are treated as a
person and one that the team ensure you have the same experience each time.
As I live out of Townsville and have to re book my appt this is never an issue and staff are happy to do so to ensure we are accommodated.

Ladies you deserve a 5 as you all go the extra mile to please your client and no issue is both to any of you.

For the past six months I have been going to the Stockland store for laser hair removal due to a recommendation from a good friend. Before my first appointment I was extremely nervous because you are in vulnerable situations, often half naked but I felt so comfortable and have no worry at all with the girls.

After my first treatment of needling to treat my acne scaring, I'm loving this clearer brighter skin. My scaring is noticeably improved, my pigmentation has improved, the lines on my face are lighter, and my skin looks so much better.
I cant wait to see more results after my next treatments. Love love love!!!
