I’ve been seeing Bianca for laser hair removal for the last year and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Bianca is the perfect mix of professional and friendly — she immediately makes you feel comfortable while maintaining a high level of care and expertise. She always explains the process thoroughly, answers any of my questions, and I’ve had the best results because of her attention to detail. I always look forward to my sessions with her and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Bianca is always friendly and respectful and I couldn’t recommend her enough — she’s the best!

Therapist Annie is amazing!
I done 6 times laser and effect super well. Especially when Anna do my treat , she is always give me a right advice and give me fun time. Normally I really scared to feel pain but with her , never feel pain and time goes so quick. Also she told me works few years so she knows when is good deal and told me how many times do I need more.
I really appreciate her company and warming hospitality. So I just decided to keep going this clinic !

Worst experience x 2, swear almost all the staff there are pretty great and treated customers with utmost respect and dignity especially when it comes to laser service in sensitive area. Never knew this staff’s name before but somehow the universe lets me find out her name eventho she’s not wearing her name tag TWICE that I had the treatment with her. BIANCA, such a lovely name and pretty face but what a shame you lost all my respect to you when not once but twice you treated me with such rude and disgraceful manner. Not only you’re impatient, your customer service skill is awful, I don’t know how good you are at your job but lord have mercy you don’t get mistreated, looked down, and discriminated the way you did me.

I have done all of my laser hair treatment with one of the therapists, Bianca. She was very friendly and considerate in making me comfortable during all of my sessions. I have never felt painful even though the laser heat increases each session. She is also highly detail in making sure very part of the hair in the targetted area got treated. Highly recommended this clinic and Bianca.

For the past few years, I have been a frequent customer of the Laser Clinics Australia as a company receiving skin treatments and laser hair removal. I have been to multiple locations across CBD but I never had a permanent store before finally committing to the westfield store at Pitt street mall. The staff is great but in particular, I think highly of Anney since she is remarkable in both her personal and professional capacities. She takes the time to complete each session with accuracy and utmost precision. My skin has substantially improved thanks to her recommendations for products and treatments. She is always so polite and diligent, I trust her 100% with my skin. Excellent customer service is also provided in addition to the skin services ; they handle appointments with ease and answer in a courteous and timely manner. In my opinion, the calibre and expertise of the personnel, along with the level of customer service, are crucial factors that make people like me come back to the store. I'm thrilled with both the location and the assistance I've received every single time. With Anney I feel I never have to stress about my skin; she doesn’t wear a cape but she surely is a hero and has saved my skin time and time again!!!
