I had an absolutely terrible experience at this clinic. They messed up my booking and refused to provide the service I had paid for, even though I had a credit balance with them. When I asked for a refund, they not only denied it but also shouted at me and called security to remove me from the center. This was completely unprofessional, humiliating, and unacceptable. I had driven an hour to get there, only to be treated with disrespect. I would never recommend this place to anyone—avoid it at all costs!

After consistently coming to Laser Clinics Narellan for 5 years, I think it’s fair to say that I’ve frequently had a positive experience, especially with Emily. Emily has made every single session an absolute pleasure. She is so easy to talk to, makes you feel comfortable and is happy to answer any kind of question I may have. I don’t typically come onto google to write a review, but when I do, it’s a good one, and one that I think everyone should know of.

Kate is very knowledgeable and professional. I went to another clinic before coming to Narellan and would totally recommend Narellan Laser Clinic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments, I can’t recommend them enough. I always feel super comfortable and they never try to push treatments that I don’t need like the other store that I went to previously ..

Highly recommend Narellan Laser Clinics Australia. All the staff are so lovely and nice. I get my treatments done by Belinda, she goes into detail with how the treatments work and all the aftercare. She is so funny and friendly I highly recommend her

In and out, without an appointment. Vivienne was kind, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I wandered in after noticing the sign that I didn't need an apt and promptly popped back to cancel the wax I had booked elsewhere. Less than $50 for underarm & brazilian 👌🏼
