I visited the Maroochydore clinic for the first time yesterday, they were friendly, welcoming and very professional. Amber my therapist was so lovely, warm and very thorough.

NB. The Maroochydore clinic is not affiliated with LCA Kawana.

I did not have a positive experience at Kawana, I found the manager quite rude, do not give me an effective treatment at all, which I paid good money for.

I recently visited a laser clinic for skin rejuvenation treatments, and I was impressed with my experience. The clinic had a modern and clean environment. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different procedures available and what to expect during treatment.
Overall, I highly recommend this laser clinic Kawana for anyone considering laser treatments. The combination of skilled staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and effective results makes it a top choice!

I would like to say a big shout-out to NURSE RAQUEL. Since beginning injectables, about 15 yrs ago, I've never found someone I've been able to trust so much. She is so professional, honest, and a perfectionist at her work. She's put dysport/botox in places that other nurses in the past wouldnt have knowledge of, and the results are amazing. Thank you Lovely xox

Magical service, wonderful professionals who know what to do. They will always help and tell you which procedures are suitable for your face. Today I had a Yellow LED Light Therapy.
That Therapy helps you:

-Wound healing
- Collagen induction
- Skin rejuvenation and|hydration
- Brighter complexion
- Improves lymphatic drainage

I also undergo other procedures in Laser Clinics. Highly recommend! 🤩🙌

Had multiple laser hair removal done here. First ever laser experience was completed at Kawana store. The first laser seemed pretty effective straight away. And the professional was great with everything. After that experience the other treatments were not very effective at all. Not even 1 week of having treatment and hair would start growing back stubbley. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and informed my next professional at the following appointment. They re-directed this growth with needing more appointments. I had already had 5 appointments with 4 weeks in between. And after that appointment the growth rate/quality was the same with no improvements.
That was my last appointment there, as I started going to a different store.
I noticed a much better difference/improvement with changing to a different store. And I also gave the next appointment quite a large gap in between as well.
The Kawana store didn't even take details/notes down on their system as to the settings on the laser they used for me or anything at all about my appointments I had with them. So unfortunately for me, no future staff could know what was working or not working for me. This cost me more money in the end. And that definitely doesn't want me to go spending any more money in that store.

After having a consultation I was given the advice that a particular service would suit the “issues” on my skin. I asked if they had any time and they were able to book me in for an hours times. Appreciated that a lot!

When I came back I saw the “senior” skin consultant, she disagreed with everything that previous consultant said, she kept explaining things that made no sense to me, I expressed that there was conflicting statements made about what would hurt or help my skin.

As this is the first time I’ve walked into a skin care facility I obviously didn’t want to go ahead with the procedure if it was going to have a bad reaction, so I asked if I could have a refund as I thought this would be acceptable considering the misinformation provided. This was declined first of all but a call to the manger was made, again appreciated the help.
For the second time the refund was declined and an offer of other products was given, once again appreciated the offer.
What I didn’t appreciate was the senior staff member then raising her voice at me when I just asked why a refund couldn’t be given as it was the staff member who gave me the wrong information. I asked her not to raise her voice as I wasn’t fighting the decision I was just asking a question, she got so close to my personal space that I stepped back into the table, again asked her not to raise her voice at me, after which she said “I just got her in trouble for you” I’m not raising my voice at you, do you want the product, in somewhat still an aggressive way.
At no point in time did I request the first consultant to get in trouble, nor would I ever want her too, if your staff make a mistake it’s ok it’s apart of learning and being a human but at no point should you raise your voice at the person who has been inconvenienced.

This was a horrible first experience in dealing with my skin, this was meant to be a lovely experience as all this is for my wedding. I will not be going back.

Alierra takes her time to make sure your treatments are completed throughly & comfortably- and made sure my skin goals are met.

I’ve been visiting Laser Clinics Kawana since early 2020 at age 17, been coming since every 8 weeks as I’m always seeing results & I feel heard for the nurses by what I want to achieve. Best skincare ever too, my skin doesn’t like it when I miss out on a morning or night routine!

100% recommend!!!
