I’ve been coming here for 10 years and I’ll keep coming back. I have tried elsewhere and nothing compares to the experience here. Friendly staff always, makes the experience feel comfortable. Staff are happy to help and answer questions. I only don’t give it 5 stars because I got a facial here and the girl ripped at my nose ring at least 5 times, the final time ripping it out completely. This was my only negative experience here though out of a decade.

Words can’t express how amazing my experience has consistently been at Laser Clinics Australia in Elizabeth. I’ve visited for injectables in the past, and more recently for microdermabrasion and laser treatments and every time, the service has been exceptional.

Today, despite having a stressful start to the morning due to someone trying to hack into my bank account and being locked out of internet banking, the lovely therapist who looked after me was incredibly calm, kind, and patient. She gave me the space to sort things out while still making sure I received my treatment in a relaxed and supportive environment.

The level of care and professionalism at this clinic is unmatched, and I truly couldn’t recommend them more. I’ve always had such a positive experience and will absolutely continue coming back.

I had hair removal treatment today for the first time at this clinic. The therapist name Alex did very good job from consultation to the process. Made sure that I’m okay with everything and explain clearly. Compare to the same brand in Sydney - Bankstown where I was before, this clinic is my favourite place now! They have cool air along with the laser, make the treatment more comfortable! Highly recommended ^^~

Just had my second round of laser hair removal with Megan and I couldn’t recommend it more. Both times have been lovely experiences. Megan is kind and explains everything before and during the process, making you feel comfortable and safe. I had to use my partners account as I don’t have one. I went to Andrea for anti wrinkle, I had one damaged eye that with age and having a baby had progressively got very uneven and droopy.

Andrea evened my eyes opening them as though I was 5 years younger without the droopy eye. I have never been happier. She listens and her manner is so calming. Her skill is amazing I couldn’t recommend her enough.
